Academy 59 was designed to help progress and develop grassroots football in the area by giving grassroots players the access to top quality coaching.
As well delivering high quality sessions from experienced coaches, we also want to help players develop away from our training.
To this end we will be sharing resources for players and coaches alike to aid with the quality of practice for grassroots players.
FOOTBALL TRAINING AT HOME
In the midst of the struggles, one positive that has come out of the Covid-19 pandemic has been players practicing their football at home.
Academy 59 want to see this continue beyond the current situation and to help with this have produced "Football Training at Home", wherein you will find full football training sessions that can be done with minimal space and equipment, all from home! This book will continue to be updated with further sessions as they are designed, so check back for the latest edition.
